Welcome to the
Reelnest Hub
This documentation framework provides absolute transparency into how we engineer creative performance. From asset ingestion to media buying structures, every protocol that governs our agency-client relationship is detailed here.
1. Master Service Agreement
Review and sign your digital MSA. This legally binds our SLA commitments, IP transfer protocols, and confidentiality guarantees. Production cannot commence without countersignature.
2. Asset Ingestion
Upload raw brand assets (vector logos, `.otf`/`.ttf` fonts, current brand guidelines, and historical high-performing creative) to your dedicated secure production drive.
3. Platform Access
Grant our Business Manager ID Partner Access to your Meta and Google environments. We require 'Analyst' tier for audits and 'Advertiser' tier for deployment.
4. Strategic Kickoff
Schedule your 60-minute kickoff. We will audit your current unit economics (CAC, LTV, AOV) and lock the creative direction for the first 30-day sprint.
Our Philosophy
We operate on Creative Engineering. We do not guess what works. We analyze current social algorithms, map competitor blind spots, and reverse-engineer content statistically proven to retain attention. Every cut, color grade, and hook is a calculated variable designed to drive your Cost Per Acquisition down.
The Onboarding Timeline
Speed to deployment is critical. From contract signature to first creative rollout, our onboarding process takes exactly 72 hours.
The Kickoff Protocol
A 60-minute intensive with your Account Director. We define your exact target audience personas, map your unit economics, and establish the rigid KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Hook Rate) that will define success for the quarter.
Access & Ingestion
You complete the platform access checklist, providing us Partner-level permissions to Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Business Center. Simultaneously, you upload brand IP to the secure drive.
Strategy Architecture
Our creative and media buying teams construct the bespoke 30-day strategy. This includes the script drafts for the first 4 hero creatives, mood boards, and the specific campaign structuring for the ad accounts.
Approval & Execution
We present the Blueprint for your final sign-off. Upon approval, pre-production officially begins, media buying structures are built in draft, and the first sprint is locked.
Portal Access
Centralized infrastructure for approvals, billing, and communication. We eliminate email threads in favor of structured platform management.
Frame.io Integration
All video deliverables are routed through Frame.io. This allows you to leave frame-accurate comments, draw directly on the video, and approve assets with a single click. No more "change the text at 0:14".
Billing & Invoicing
Managed securely via Stripe. Your dedicated dashboard allows you to download PDF invoices, update payment methods, and review upcoming retainer renewals automatically.
Dedicated Slack Channel
Upon onboarding, you will be invited to a shared Slack Connect channel (e.g., `#reelnest-yourbrand`). This is manned by your Account Director, Lead Editor, and Media Buyer during business hours (9AM - 6PM IST). Expect response times under 45 minutes for standard queries.
Production Timelines
We do not miss deadlines. Our production pipelines are highly optimized sprints. Below is the standard timeline for a Tier 1 Commercial Shoot.
Pre-Production & Logistics
Days 1-5Principal Photography
Days 6-7Offline Edit & Assembly
Days 8-12Online Edit (Color & VFX)
Days 13-16Sound Design & Final Delivery
Day 18Pre-Production Rules
Execution relies on planning. We do not roll a single camera until the theoretical framework is completely locked and approved.
The Script & Treatment
You will receive a multi-column script detailing exactly what is seen (Visuals), what is heard (Audio/Dialogue), and the specific Hook Psychology being applied. This must receive written approval in Frame.io. Once locked, any script changes on-set will incur delay fees.
Location & Talent Scouting
For commercial shoots, we provide a deck of 3 location options and a talent roster (if applicable) sourced from our proprietary network. The client is responsible for final selection within 24 hours of receipt to maintain timeline integrity.
Prop & Wardrobe Deck
Visual aesthetics matter. We present a detailed color palette and prop list. If the brand requires specific unreleased hardware or proprietary products, the client assumes responsibility for shipping these to our studio 48 hours prior to the shoot.
On-Set Protocol
Our sets are professional, focused environments. To ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to the shot list, we enforce strict guidelines for client attendance.
Client Attendance Cap
To prevent "too many cooks in the kitchen" scenarios, we restrict client attendance to a maximum of 2 representatives (typically the CMO or Marketing Lead).
The Video Village
Client reps are provided a dedicated "Video Village" monitor to watch the feed live. We ask that feedback is routed exclusively through the Director, rather than directly addressing talent or camera operators.
Schedule Rigidity
The Call Sheet is the absolute law. If a client requests additional shots not on the pre-approved shot list, the Director will evaluate if time permits. If it requires overtime, standard studio overtime rates ($350/hr) apply immediately.
Revision Structure
Endless revisions kill project momentum. We structure feedback in two highly specific rounds to guarantee perfection without scope creep.
Round 1
The Macro
Focus exclusively on the narrative skeleton. This is the time to request structural changes, pacing adjustments, music swaps, and shot replacements.
- ✓ Structural Flow
- ✓ Shot Selection
- ✓ Audio Track
Round 2
The Micro
The structure is now locked. This round is exclusively for polish. We dial in specific color grading adjustments, tweak motion graphic timings, and adjust sound design levels.
- ✓ Color Grading
- ✓ VFX & Text Timing
- ✓ Audio Mixing
Scope Boundary
Attempting to make "Macro" changes (e.g., swapping out an entire scene or changing the music) during Round 2 violates the timeline. Any revisions beyond Round 2, or out-of-order revision requests, are billed at $150/hr.
Platform Access
We require secure, partner-level access to your advertising infrastructure. We do not use personal logins.

2. Click "Add" and select "Give a partner access to your assets".
3. Enter Reelnest Business ID: 9823475918234
4. Assign assets: Select your Page, Ad Account, Catalog, and Pixel.
5. Set permissions to "Manage Campaigns" (we do not need Admin access).
Google Ads
Required1. We will send a link request from our Google MCC (Manager Account) to your 10-digit Google Ads ID.
2. Go to Tools & Settings > Access and Security > Managers.
3. Accept the request from "Reelnest Agency MCC".
Budget Engineering
We treat ad spend like an investment portfolio. Capital is deployed strictly based on data-backed creative testing, minimizing risk while aggressively scaling winners.
Phase 1: Testing
Deployed against broad audiences using Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO). We test 3-5 distinct hooks and angles to identify which variables yield a CPA below target baseline.
Phase 2: Scaling
The core engine. Once a creative proves statistical dominance in Phase 1, we aggressively scale it horizontally (new lookalike audiences) and vertically (increasing daily spend by 20% increments).
Phase 3: Retargeting
High-intent BOFU (Bottom of Funnel). We deploy heavy direct-response offers specifically to users who watched 75%+ of Phase 2 videos or abandoned carts. Maximum ROAS generation.
Analytics & Reporting
We do not supply vanity metrics. Our reporting infrastructure is focused entirely on revenue generation and creative efficiency.
The Live Dashboard
Upon kickoff, you receive a dedicated Looker Studio dashboard connected via API to your ad accounts. It updates every 15 minutes, 24/7.
Primary KPIs Tracked
Monthly Strategy Sync
On the 1st of every month, we hold a 45-minute sprint review via Google Meet. We dissect the previous month's data, kill underperforming creatives, and lock the creative strategy and budget allocation for the upcoming month.
Data Infrastructure
We handle unreleased product designs, proprietary internal data, and customer lists. Our security posture is enterprise-grade by default.
AES-256 Encrypted Storage
All raw footage, unreleased brand assets, and customer CSV lists (utilized for lookalike audience creation) are stored on isolated, encrypted cloud instances via Google Workspace Enterprise. No sensitive data resides permanently on local editor machines or external hard drives.
Zero-Trust Access (RBAC)
Access to your specific project files and ad accounts is restricted via strict Role-Based Access Control. Only the specific Account Director, Lead Editor, and Media Buyer assigned to your pod have read/write access. Offboarding triggers instantaneous access revocation.
Asset Ownership & IP
Absolute clarity on intellectual property rights. You pay for the deliverables, you own them completely.
Final Deliverables
Upon receipt of the final invoice payment for any sprint, full Intellectual Property (IP) rights and unrestricted commercial usage rights for all final rendered deliverables (`.mp4`, `.mov`, `.jpg`) are transferred entirely to the Client in perpetuity, globally, across all media platforms. Reelnest retains no royalty rights.
Raw File & Working File Policy
The internal architecture of our creations—including Premiere Pro (`.prproj`), After Effects (`.aep`), DaVinci Resolve (`.drp`) project files, and unprocessed raw camera footage—remain the intellectual property of Reelnest Agency. If the Client requires the transfer of raw working files for in-house editing, a full IP buyout fee (standardized at 50% of the total project invoice) is required to release native working files.
Confidentiality
We routinely shoot unannounced hardware, proprietary software UI, and sensitive brand pivots. Leaks are completely unacceptable.
Strict NDAs
Every full-time employee and freelance contractor utilized by Reelnest operates under a strict, legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your strategic secrets, unreleased IP, and financial data are completely insulated from public exposure.
Embargo Protocols
If we are producing content for a product launch or stealth rebrand, absolutely no assets will be utilized in our public portfolio, case studies, or social media until the official embargo lifts and the product is publicly acknowledged by the Client.
